Droidkoban 3D

Droidkoban, by developer Leihwelt, is a new 3D Puzzle game featuring our beloved little Android as he moves through various stages moving boxes to where they need to go in order to proceed to the next stage. All the graphics are done using OpenGL ES technology and game play is done via the trackball.

The full version was available for free for the first 24 hours it was on the market and I managed to snag one it seems. This is a Sokoban style puzzle game when you use your character, in this case Andy our favorite Android, and move around each stage solving each one by moving boxes to their designated areas.

Full Version Features:

  • Fifty different levels
  • Three distinct graphic sets
  • Achievements for lots of goals beyond reaching the next level
  • The possibility to setup your twitter account to tweet your achievements and score

The graphics are pretty nice eye candy after playing it for a bit and the controls are pretty good as well, a little sensitive but better then laggy. You also have the ability to zoom out for a better picture of whats going on in each stage as you move around as well as a ‘reverse’ style button to take back previous movements.

If you like puzzle games, especially the Sokoban style ones, then you’ll probably enjoy this a lot, especially with the added bonus of 3D rendered graphics. If you missed getting the free full version you can still grab the Lite version for free or buy the full version for around $0.99US.
