Hole In The Wall by SkyZone coming to Android

It’s about time one of those crazy Japanese game shows came to Android. Thanks to SkyZone and Fremantlemedia teaming up, we now get to have a version of the “Human Tetris” game show, playable on our Android phones. Competing teams have to force themselves through oddly shaped holes that move towards them, at least in the show.

In the game you will have your team and just like the show, you will have to fit them through weird shaped holes in a wall that moves towards you. Fail and you lose and your guy falls into water, or through the wall. Win and you get points! You can play in single player mode or you can challenge teams across the nation (globally) in the Player TV Season.

“SkyZone has never shied away from releasing mobile content based on successful entertainment properties, whether it be Animal House, The Three Stooges and now Hole In The Wall,” said Key N. Sar, Chief Marketing Officer and Business Development, SkyZone Entertainment. “With this game, we were able to distill the most important aspects of the show – teamwork, competition, joy, fun and tears – into a portable format where players could experience the absurdity at their fingertips.”

Controls are touch screen where you will use your fingers to manipulate the poses of your character to try to fit them into the hole. You’ll be able to buy in-game items such as boots, helmets, suits and more to help customize your character. Multiplayer will be through turn-based gameplay.

While it will be released for iOS and BREW first, the Android version will follow shortly after. Pricing has yet to be announced but was stated that all mobile versions will be priced between $1.99 to $6.99 depending on the platform.
