Gameloft has released a new trailer for the upcoming third and final part of the Gangstar series of games called Gangstar Rio: City of Saints. This new addition also will come with a much bigger, more open game world which you will be able to explore, try out plenty of cars, find weapons and more.

Distinctive Developments has been making sports games for awhile now, some of which you’ve probably already played on your Android device if you follow their ‘Nations’ series. The newest addition to the group is Hockey Nations THD 2011 and it’s now available to download off the Android Market or Tegra Zone.
Previously available only through EA’s Flexion store and possibly through the Xperia Play app, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit has finally made it’s way onto the Android Market for all other supported Android devices instead of just the Xperia Play.
Yesterday Glu Mobile announced their upcoming line-up of freemium games coming to both Android and iOS platforms. Along with the announcement they also released a preview video that shows off these upcoming titles which are due out by the end of this year.
There is a new turret combat game on the Android Market for higher-end Android devices called Metal Rain. Developed by Adam Hammer, this game is just as you might imagine it to be and have probably played similar style games in the arcade back in the day.
HandyGames’ rather enjoyable, and somewhat humorous, Sokoban-style puzzle game called Aporkalypse – Pigs of Doom has been updated with a brand new chapter. This second chapter, and the update that contains it, brings new levels, new features and of course, plenty of bug fixes as well.
It looks like another string of hacked accounts on Gameloft’s MMORPG called Order & Chaos has happened once again. After pushing through some mild security improvements after the first security breach a couple of weeks ago, things had been rather quiet. That’s all changed over the last day or so.
The other day we reported on Princess Punt THD and how it briefly appeared in the Tegra Zone store then just as quickly disappeared. Then yesterday the fully compatible non-Tegra version got released and the THD Tegra 2 version was no where to be seen.
You may remember the other day we reported on a rather blatant clone of a couple of games combined into one title called Cut the Rope by Solverlabs. It took the gameplay mechanics from Fruit Ninja and the birds for Angry Birds and blended it into one rather bland clone.
Jelly Defense is a very nicely done tower defense game for Infinite Dreams. The graphics, sounds, and game play all add up to a great game and one to consider for your Android device. We’ve been playing it for awhile now and here is our review of Jelly Defense.
