Continuing on with our extended GDC 2012 coverage, we got to get some hands-on time with Open-Reset’s unannounced other Android game currently in development called Bounty Arms. This will also be for Tegra-based devices when it is released.

The final details are starting to emerge about Rovio’s newest addition to the Angry Birds franchise since it is arrive tomorrow. We now know what time Angry Birds Space will start appearing, where and for how much once it begins its launch.
Madfinger Games’ rather popular third-person shooter called Shadowgun THD has just been beefed up a little more today thanks to a new update that just arrived. This is the same update that the normal Shadowgun version got recently for non-Tegra based Android devices but with a slight difference.
Originally we were going to install custom texture packs using a rather long drawn out method. It wasn’t a hard method, it was just a fair amount of steps. This was the plan until a user named Snowbound on the Minecraft.net forums made a program that takes a fair amount of the pain out of installing custom texture packs for Minecraft: Pocket Edition on Android.
As part of our extended GDC 2012 coverage, we ran into the fine folks from LunarG who have developed an SDK that will let Android game developers add features to their games that will let players record and share in-game recordings just by installing a free SDK. Best part is, you won’t need root as a player.
Back near the end of February we talked about Woo Games and their newest title called ErnCon which is a multiplayer space shooter for Android. At that time it was launching in open beta for everyone to try out. Now it is officially launching and due to the success of the open beta, Woo Games is giving away free in-game currency.
One of the big things everyone is waiting for to finally arrive in Minecraft: Pocket Edition for Android is crafting. Now we have an idea of what it could very well look like thanks to a tweet early this morning from Mojang’s Daniel Kaplan.
A couple of days ago we reported on a game that would be coming to Android called Cheezia: Gears of Fur. This is the second installment into the Cheezia franchise and is a completely different game than the first Cheezia title which was a puzzle game.
