Temple Run for Android gets purchasable wallpapers with new update

Temple Run received another update this week that finally unlocks the ability to obtain wallpaper from within the game. Sure you can just search the internet and get as many Temple Run wallpapers as you want, but the in-game wallpapers give you another reason to keep playing the game and earning coins.

There are three wallpapers to choose from that depict the Temple Wall, Evil Demon Monkeys and Guy Dangerous (the main playable character). Each of these wallpapers cost 5,000 coins. For an average player, it’ll take more than handful of runs to acquire just one wallpaper.

Imangi Studios also fixed some bugs that were reported by various players. Imangi Studios did not detail what bugs it fixed, but the bug that requires multiple taps before purchasing something in the store is still present. This has been a problem since Temple Run launched, and can lead to accidental purchases if you’re not being very deliberate with your tapping. That’s something I’d personally like to see fixed in the next update.
