One of the more popular action strategy games available for Android is the Guns n’ Glory series by HandyGames. The second addition to the series called Guns n’ Glory World War 2 has received an update that brings a whole new tactical gameplay element.

Living in Japan just got a little sweeter. Sony unveiled two of its newest Xperia Android smartphones today that will be coming to the Japanese market in the summer. The Sony Xperia GS (pictured) and XS will ship with Android 4.0 and a slew of other features that are exclusive to Sony Mobile devices.
In a few weeks time, Facebook will launch its own app store in an effort transform the social network into a premier app destination. App Center will be spread out across the desktop, Android and iOS. It will contain both free and paid apps along with links to Google Play and iTunes should an app need to be installed on devices before they can be used.
Stereoscopic 3D is something you either love or hate. There really is no in-between with it. Most people find it pointless while others do enjoy it and occassionally a company will still produce and Android device with it such as the WikiPad. We have seen some good examples of stereoscopic 3D as well as horrible ones.
It’s been awhile since we dropped a Hidden Gem article in your laps. It isn’t that there hasn’t been any games suitable for a Hidden Gem article, it is just that there are so many great games to play we get all caught up in playing them. We were told to check out iDaTank by Ubinuri and so far it is a great game.
Yesterday we talked about a game called Burn Your Fat With Me which was a dating sim game that also made you work out in real life in order to progress through the game. In the comments we mentioned that it would be cool if there were more games that were not just video games on your Android device but also interacted with you in some form in real life.
Back when Minecraft was still in beta a lot of other developers were making their own Minecraft clones or games similar to Minecraft. While Terraria isn’t really a clone or that similar to Minecraft, it was being developed during that period and does feature the whole digging and exploring theme.
Back in April 2012 we talked about an upcoming 3D action / arcade game heading our way called Monster of Puppets. Published by NuOxygen, this game is a Fruit Ninja-esque type of game where monsters will be flung onto the screen which you will need to dispose of.
We predicted that once Gameloft had officially announced N.O.V.A. 3 for Android and iOS that we would be fed plenty of preview trailers to drool over while we wait for the game to be released. Indeed that seems to be happening as Gameloft has released a third preview trailer for N.O.V.A. 3.
May and June look to be a busy time for Gameloft in regards to game releases and announcements. Already we have the official Men in Black 3 game coming on May 17th, N.O.V.A. 3 on the way, Asphalt 7: Heat teased and heading our way, and now we have their new free-to-play Gangstar spin-off called Gang Domination (Codename).
