Hands-on preview from the closed beta of the Western release for MU: Origin

Earlier this month Webzen announced that their mobile MMORPG called MU: Origin would be getting a Western release in the near future and that they were going to start beta testing the game for the West. Well the first closed beta was held last week, ending very early this morning. We were fortunate enough to be a part of that closed beta, letting us go hands on with the upcoming Western version of MU: Origin.

Released by GamesButler, Blacksmith Lab is a new indie game that’s been released on to Android. Within Blacksmith Lab, players will assume the eponymous role of a blacksmith, only the game has a modern and financial twist to it. Players will be watching the “market” to make investments and upgrade their forge, in addition to actually filling the orders put forth by clients, such as gladiators.

[Update: Game Released] OrangePixel’s highly anticipated Space Grunts game will finally be unleashed onto mobile this week

Our friends over at OrangePixel have announced today over Twitter that their highly anticipated game called Space Grunts will finally be getting released onto mobile. We’ve actually been following the development of Space Grunts since it was originally announce back in the earlier part of 2015. It actually was just released onto Steam a couple of weeks ago and has been doing pretty good already.

LEGO has a large number of games in the Google Play Store. Of course, the games based on Batman, Indiana Jones and Star Wars series are quite popular. The other series that has a large following is Lego Ninjago. The latest game to be released in that series is Ninjago Skybound. It is a stealth/platforming game that is fun to play, has great graphics, and one-button controls. If you enjoy LEGO games, this is a good one to check out. One of the best things about it is that it is free to play, and there are no in-app purchases.

Set Snail’s latest game illi is coming to Android, but you might get in on the beta now

Set Snail games is an independent game studio located in Aarhus, Denmark. They have two other games that are currently available in the Google Play Store. The first game they released was Daddy Long Legs and the second was Pack a Puzzle. Their latest game Illi, stars a cuter looking character than their first game. While Daddy Long Legs is all about getting your character to walk as far as you can, Illi is about platforming.  The game has easy controls and vividly colorful environments, but it is definitely challenging.

Corvus Games will soon release a fascinating action-based endless runner game entitled Arcane Knight. Yes, another endless runner. Though the endless runner genre is overcrowded with games, if it looks fun to play, I can’t help but download them to try them out. I for one never tire of endless runners. There is always space on my devices for one or two really good ones. Especially when they throw in a little twist. Corvus games has done that with Arcane Knight.
