Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition (which we announced earlier) is inching towards release, and that just got a little closer. Head on over to Google Play and you’ll see that you can now pre-register.
Pocket Edition is a chibi version of Final Fantasy XV, that promises to be as close to the complete experience as possible on your phone. If that isn’t enough to whet your appetite, I’m not sure what is.

There are 10 chapters to work your way through, and the first will be free. It follows the exact same story as the console version as well – complete with all characters.
We’re still not entirely sure when it will launch, but given that pre-registration is now up it can’t be long. Go ahead and do that right now on Google Play while we try and dig up an official release date.
