Rusty Lake Paradise is the latest sequel in the point and click adventure franchise, Rusty Lake. It just launched on Google Play, joining previous games Rusty Lake Hotel and Rusty Lake Roots.
Paradise picks up where the previous left off, and follows Jakob as he returns to the island following his mother’s death. Unfortunately, the island is now cursed and you have to find a way to save it.

This isn’t just any old curse either. In fact, it’s the 10 plagues of Egypt – so a pretty bad curse by all accounts. To prevent it, you have to find your mother’s memories and perform a bunch of rituals.
It might just be that the developer was a little hasty in describing this as paradise. It actually sounds like hell on earth, but the cutesy visuals do make it more palatable.
