Shot Online Golf: World Championship has been in public opening for several months in Canada, Indonesia, and the Philippines. So, if you live pretty much anywhere in the world except the US, EU, Korea, or Japan then you’re in luck.

That’s a lot of potential opponents. The game sees you taking to the virtual fairways and playing against these willing human foes 1v1 in real-time. To make things even more exciting, you can take part in Betting Challenge for in-game currency.

There are plenty of RPG trappings to keep the whole thing moving along, including boss stages in the Academy, unlockable missions and stages, and skills to level-up.

To celebrate the arrival of Shot Online Golf: World Championship in dozens of new territories, developer Webzen is laying on a few events.
Firstly there’s the Betting Challenge Victory Count Event. To take part in this you simply have to go to the Betting Challenge and do your best, with better and better prizes awarded as you rack up the wins.
Then there’s the Special Login Event, which lavishes you with prizes just for logging in every day on which the event is running. And finally, the Hole Cup In Event, which gives you a gold box when you hole out.

All three events last from February 28th to March 11th, so if you’re lucky enough to live in one of the countries that Shot Online Golf: World Championship has just arrived in, it pays to act fast and download it as soon as you can.
