Baldur’s Gate: Siege of Dragonspear is coming to Android

Siege of Dragonspear Android

Beamdog’s unofficial (?) Baldur’s Gate expansion Siege of Dragonspear is coming to Android. It won’t be an IAP though – this is a full standalone release.

The best part is that there’s really not long to wait either. The expansion will launch globally on Android on March 10th. Thinking about it though, it has been a while since the expansion launched on PC – two years, in fact.

You can import your character from the base game too, so you don’t have to worry about starting all over again. Or with a preset character, god forbid!

Siege of Dragonspear picks up right where the original leaves off, and sees war arrive at the gates of the city of Baldur’s Gate. Your role is to try and prevent it via any means necessary.

The expansion includes about 25 hours of extra content, including new areas, more of the story, and even new party members. If that sounds good to you, wait until March 10 to grab it on Google Play.
