Crescent Moon Games announced Ravensword Legacy way back in 2015, but sadly halted development the following year.
The delay was down to a lack of development resources, as the main artist just didn’t have time to work on it. Crescent Moon claimed that development would start again in 2017, but it didn’t happen.
Just when we thought the next entry in the Skyrim-like franchise was dead, it looks like development is well on the way. Crescent Moon has been posting screenshots of the new look on Instagram.

The latest screenshot was a mere three days ago. What’s most exciting is that it detailed how characters “will be customizable”. That’s as good as a confirmation the game is on its way.
Don’t get overly excited just yet though, because it’s unlikely we’ll see it anytime soon. Take a glance back at the previous few entries and you’ll see a bunch of art tests.
So it looks like there’s plenty of work ahead for Crescent Moon, but what we’ve seen so far looks gorgeous and fresh. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
