Stickman Soccer 2018 celebrates the World Cup with a new update

The biggest sporting tournament starts today. No, not Tiddlywinksfest – but the World Cup in Russia! And to mark the occasion Stickman Soccer 2018 has had a sizeable update.

Developed by Djinnworks, Stickman Soccer 2018 is a knockabout arcade style soccer title that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

The amount of modes, players, and teams packed into the title show it’s certainly not lacking depth either – with over 75 million players and 150 teams to choose from. And now it’s even bigger and better.

Kicky kicky kick kick

Most relevant is that to celebrate the launch of the World Cup every game from the tournament will be playable via the daily live game mode.

That way your World Cup fever can remain strong, even during those torturous hours where no game is being played. Or whenever England is competing.

The game has also improved upon its already hefty set of options with this latest update. This includes the fact that you can now customise leagues however you’d like, mixing up national and club sides if you so wish. You crazy thing.

There’s also an even larger number of players you can grab in the game’s already stacked transfer market mode, with French league sides now having been added.

In-game things have been revamped slightly too, namely the fact that the AI for goalkeepers has improved considerably.

With Turkish and Brazilian club sides to be added soon Stickman Soccer 2018 will only get better, so why not have a kickabout with it? It’s available to download on Google Play (and the App Store!) now.
