We learned this news via a tweet on the official Twitter, which sadly had no further information.
There was a rather amusing image of a conversation with a frog though, suggesting that we’ll get a bunch of new dialogue options.

Reigns: Her Majesty is a monarchy simulator in which you, as queen, have to tackle numerous different problems that your subjects bring to you.
You do so by swiping – just like in Tinder. You swipe right to say yes, or left to say no. Each of your decisions then affects your relationship with different factions.
