Elder Scrolls: Blades has finally launched on Android in early access

The Elder Scrolls: Blades Android

Bethesda was true to its word this time and has finally launched Elder Scrolls: Blades on Android in early access. At the beginning of March, Bethesda announced that the early access period would begin in spring. It only took seven days of spring for it to arrive.

Though it’s available right now on Google Play, you can’t actually play it unless you received an invitation to participate. You can still sign up to, hopefully, get your chance to check it out during the next round of invitations.

Elder Scrolls: Blades is a dungeon crawler that takes place in Bethesda’s hit RPG universe

Blades is a mobile exclusive entry in the Elder Scrolls franchise that casts you in the shoes of a Blade. Those are basically agents that protect the Empire from its many enemies.

The gameplay mostly involves you making your way through a variety of dungeons, swiping through enemies to defeat them, and rebuilding your hometown. As you progress, you’ll collect a bunch of new gear like armour and weapons, and unlock new abilities.

If PvP is your thing, you can actually participate in 1v1 first person battles in the arena. That particular mode isn’t actually available in the game during beta though, so wait for that during the full launch.

If you did receive an invitation to play, go and grab the dungeon crawler right now on Google Play. If not, you might as well register for the chance to get involved when Bethesda invites more to check it out.
