Kingdom Rush and Clash Royale seem like a match made in heaven. The similarities are there – both have troops, spells, and towers – but never have they met.
Well, until now. Survival Arena, which launched today on Android, offers a competitive tower defence experience never before seen.
You’ll build a deck of towers, heroes, and power-ups then head out into a battle with an opposing player. Here you have to balance assaulting the enemy base with your hero, while defending your own with towers and power-ups.

You’re not playing against a ghost deck either – it’s completely live and played out in real time. You can also play cross platform against players on iPhone, iPad, or PC.
There’s a single player component as well, which offers a variety of challenges. Some are based on classic tower defence, while others require you to survive for a length of time against hordes of enemies.
The developer Game Insight is working on new heroes, two versus two multiplayer, and a clan mode – amongst others. So there’s a lot to keep you busy already, and much more to come.
