If you are the type of person that throws your game controller down when you are met with one gaming challenge after another… this is not the game for you. Well, it probably is the game for you, but you just have to convince yourself that you are hardcore enough to play it.
The latest project produced by Noodlecake Studios is tough. The challenge is up there with games like Super Hexagon and Pivvot. It is intense to say the least. The arcade game was developed by Thomas Janson and the music was created by Danimal Cannon and Zef. When you first look at the game play you probably will find your mouth agape simply wondering how do you play this thing. It is pretty simple; just touch the screen to make your line continue through the obstacles. The line moves up and down when you press. However the screen rotates, speeds alternate, colors change and the music totally pulls you in as your line races across the screen.
I downloaded the game because I enjoyed the challenges presented by Pivvot and Super Hexagon. Notice I didn’t say that I was good at them. Wave Wave is integrated with Google Gameplay Services. It has eleven achievements and leaderboards. You know a game is going to be difficult when you have the option of choosing the following difficulties: tough, hard, super, insane, and extreme. The five seconds I lasted on my fourth or fifth run was great! I will be challenging myself with this one for quite some time. It is a great game to pick up and play for short intervals.
