Herocraft is dubbing their new title as a sequel to the original Dragon and Dracula arcade platformer game which is slated for release this week onto the Google Play Store. For those of you unfamiliar with this game, you will be playing as a baby dragon who is fighting to stop the evil vampire overlord.

The World of Midgard third beta, which is a public beta, has been updated once again and a new download is now available. Officially named Faction Wars, the third beta has been updated on a fairly regular basis, almost every other week to be exact, since it went public.

Nimbus Games has released a new game onto iOS called Spy Fox in Dry Cereal featuring their newest James Bond style hero, Spry Fox. This game will also be making its way to Android and will feature some great comic / cartoon style art.

Infinite Dreams' sequel the their popular Shoot the Birds game will be making its way to Android May 24th. This game continues off from where the first game left off, defending your little pumpkids from the evil birds. This time, however, the birds are not normal as they have come back from the dead.

This time a company named Moveable Code is asking for $100,000 to fund the first release of its mobile game called Incantor: Magic Made Real. Incantor is unique because it uses a physical Bluetooth wand to connect to smartphones. The game was also made to behave like a real world MMO.

CatfishBlues Games, developers of a few popular Android games already including Hyperlight, have released a new game onto Android called Ninja Slash!. This particular slashing game will have you doing a bit more than just slashing items on a screen whether it be fruit or monster.

Sega has just let the hedgehog out of the back for the next, and final, installment in the Sonic 4 series and when it will be heading our way. For owners of a Tegra 3 quad-core Android device, the wait is almost over as Sonic 4 Episode 2 will be landing in your lap tomorrow morning.

Two weeks ago Rockstar Games announced that there was a slight delay with the release of their upcoming Max Payne game for Android. Through an update on their Twitter account, Rockstar Games stated that the reason for the delay back then was do to last minute testing that needed to be done, mostly revolving around device compatibility.

PlayCreek's popular action game Death Worm has recently had an update pushed out which brings a slew of new content to the game. For those of you unfamiliar with Death Worm, you play as the monstrous death worm, going around terrorizing the little humans and just causing general mayhem while trying to survive as the humans try to stop your reign of terror.

Indie game development studio Dark Tonic have opened up a Kickstarter project to help fund bringing their Occupy Wall Street inspired game to Android called Wall Street Titan. This game will allow players to take their frustrations about the economy out on 8-bit Wall Street types.

Herocraft has been rather silent as of late when it comes to game releases onto Android. However, that has changed as they have just released a new game onto Google Play which breaks away from their usual types of games they have released in the past.

Like a middle child, mobile games are constantly vying for our attention. Every week there is a new shipment of mobile games propping themselves on our desks and demands to be played. While we do have dedicated reviewers, sometimes the games can be just as engaging as reviewing your W-2 forms. With the tsunami of new games every week we find our selves repeatedly drowning at the staggering amount of games.

We have covered the 3D MMORPG being developed by Veraxon called World of Midgard fairly extensively since the first closed beta even started. Now that the public beta has been out for a few days, it seems as though things are picking up a little for Veraxon as they have just signed a publishing deal with Aeria Games to publish World of Midgard.

Recently acquired by GREE for $210 million dollars, game developers Funzio have brought their hit free-to-play crime game called Crime City over to the Amazon App Store. Crime City is basically why Funzio got acquired by GREE in the first place.

While we all wait for Sega's upcoming cross-platform MMORPG called Phantasy Star Online 2 to be released, we can at least see some closed beta footage of the game. Currently Phantasy Star Online 2 is slated for release on the PC, Android and iOS sometime this Summer with the PS Vita getting the game at a later date.

One of the more popular action strategy games available for Android is the Guns n' Glory series by HandyGames. The second addition to the series called Guns n' Glory World War 2 has received an update that brings a whole new tactical gameplay element.

It's been awhile since we dropped a Hidden Gem article in your laps. It isn't that there hasn't been any games suitable for a Hidden Gem article, it is just that there are so many great games to play we get all caught up in playing them. We were told to check out iDaTank by Ubinuri and so far it is a great game.

Back when Minecraft was still in beta a lot of other developers were making their own Minecraft clones or games similar to Minecraft. While Terraria isn't really a clone or that similar to Minecraft, it was being developed during that period and does feature the whole digging and exploring theme.

Back in April 2012 we talked about an upcoming 3D action / arcade game heading our way called Monster of Puppets. Published by NuOxygen, this game is a Fruit Ninja-esque type of game where monsters will be flung onto the screen which you will need to dispose of.

Back in the beginning of this month we talked about a new physics-based heading our way called Doctor Rocket. Developed by RippleWare, this game features 100% physics-based gameplay along with a Sonic The Hedgehog-esque style of blazing through levels at a rather fast speed gameplay mechanic.
