Imagine this: Gameloft releases a brand new trailer for Modern Combat, Modern Combat 6: World War Space, and suddenly you find yourself brimming with sweat and your mouth strangely dry.The graphics induce uncontrollable eye twitching and that new gameplay mode renders your jaws grounded and mopping the floor (while knowing touchscreen control is terrible, but you’ll play it anyway). It’s no secret that Gameloft likes to take liberty with inspiration when it comes to major triple A blockbuster games. Modern Combat, N.O.V.A., Backstab, Gangstar, 9mm, Order and Chaos, should be all familiar to those who own a PC or console for the past five years. This time Gameloft may have outdone themselves with Gameloft Live. In similar Monster Hunter news, a Japanese game developer called Asobimo is currently developing a four-player co-op action RPG for Android called Frontier Gunner. The reason why this is following as more Monster Hunter related news is because the game looks like it was developed for fans the Monster Hunter series. A few days back we showed you a nifty little game that lets you play the popular first-person shooter, Counter Strike. XDA developers Pavel M’s and FrIuNs port, CS Portable, allows up to 500 players and even features cross platform compatibility so Android players can frag and shoot at their PC counterparts. Earth and Legend is a rather large 3D RPG with multiplayer gaming functionality that has been on Android for a decent amount of time now. The developers, DvideArts, has just mentioned on their Twitter that the game will be coming to the Kindle Fire soon as well. Fans of Phoenix Wright and the Ace Attorney series of games have some good news today. Capcom announced that there would be an Ace Attorney 5 game and while this is great news for fans of the series, the announcement came with even better news that the first three games in the series will be coming to Android. Back on Thursday of last week, Valve released their official mobile app for Steam onto the Android Market. Since then just about every 3rd party Steam application that was on the Android Market previous to the official Steam application's release has been taken off of the market. World of Midgard MMORPG is currently under heavy development which, if you follow us at all, we have been covering fairly extensively. Well the second round of closed beta testing is now over and the third is starting up today.
