We've got fantastic news for fans of Gameloft. Resident Editor-in-Chief Andrew Huff met a number of the fine folks from Gameloft during CES 2012 and they've agreed to finally sit down with us and answers some of the most pressing questions.

Like Minecraft? Dig Call of Duty? Well there is good news on the horizon as a new game will be making its way to Android soon called Brick Force. This game essentially combines Minecraft's creative mode with the FPS style of gaming found in titles like Call of Duty to make awesomeness.

Fans of Kairosoft and their free time draining 'Story' series of games may soon yet have another addicting addition to the series coming your way. The Japanese version of RPG Story just landed on the Android Market which should make both RPG and Sim game fans giddy with joy.

A new game engine has be launches by Tag Games called moFlow. This particular game engine will allow developers to "facilitate multiple platforms at one time and by allowing players to interact with each other regardless of the platform being used."

Imagine this: Gameloft releases a brand new trailer for Modern Combat, Modern Combat 6: World War Space, and suddenly you find yourself brimming with sweat and your mouth strangely dry.The graphics induce uncontrollable eye twitching and that new gameplay mode renders your jaws grounded and mopping the floor (while knowing touchscreen control is terrible, but you’ll play it anyway).

EA appears to be gearing up for another game release which will be coming to us sometime this month. The Sims Freeplay will be making its way to Android and it will be, as the name implies, a free game that will be support through in-game purchases.

We knew Crytek had their eyes on the mobile gaming arena for some time now thanks to previous job postings for Android and mobile developers as well as some leaks. Now we have a much better idea of at least one thing they are working on and it is called GFACE.

It’s no secret that Gameloft likes to take liberty with inspiration when it comes to major triple A blockbuster games. Modern Combat, N.O.V.A., Backstab, Gangstar, 9mm, Order and Chaos, should be all familiar to those who own a PC or console for the past five years. This time Gameloft may have outdone themselves with Gameloft Live.

A game we talked about back in December 2011 called Coral City from Lonely Sock Games has shed its closed beta tags and is now in an open beta. This means if you missed out in getting into the closed beta, you can now jump right into the game as an open beta tester.

SoulCraft THD by Mobilebits has gotten an update that features a complete new zone to play in. Currently still in Open Beta tags for Tegra-based Android devices, SoulCraft THD now comes with the Cambodia location to play through, slaying demons and collecting souls galore.

Currently in closed beta testing stages, there is an Action-RPG title coming to Android, iOS and your browser called Nyrthos from developers BeerDeer Games. This games has some highly detailed 2D graphics that are reminiscent of some of the older Action-RPG titles like Diablo 2.

In similar Monster Hunter news, a Japanese game developer called Asobimo is currently developing a four-player co-op action RPG for Android called Frontier Gunner. The reason why this is following as more Monster Hunter related news is because the game looks like it was developed for fans the Monster Hunter series.

A possible second Monster Hunter title looks to be coming to Android on the Mobage platform from Capcom this February. Titled Monster Hunter with Everyone: Card Master, this will be a social multiplayer card battle game for smartphones.

Team6 has announced that they are bringing a version of their PC racing game FlatOut exclusively to Android. This addition to the FlatOut racing series will be called FlatOut-Stuntman and will be heading to Android Tegra-based devices soon.

Yesterday we wrote about Capcom announcing Ace Attorney 5 which is pretty awesome itself. We also mentioned, which is actually the better news, that Capcom would be bringing Ace Attorney 1, 2 and 3 to Android and iOS soon to in a nice HD upgrade.

A few days back we showed you a nifty little game that lets you play the popular first-person shooter, Counter Strike. XDA developers Pavel M’s and FrIuNs port, CS Portable, allows up to 500 players and even features cross platform compatibility so Android players can frag and shoot at their PC counterparts.

Earth and Legend is a rather large 3D RPG with multiplayer gaming functionality that has been on Android for a decent amount of time now. The developers, DvideArts, has just mentioned on their Twitter that the game will be coming to the Kindle Fire soon as well.

Well that was a pretty quick closed beta for Valve's official Steam app for Android. having only been released since last week, the beta was a limited closed one where, if you were quick enough to get the app and log-in, you were able to get into the closed beta.

OnLive for Android has been out for a little while now offering up mobile optimized games through their streaming service. Another company, however, looks to be gearing up to enter the U.S. with their cloud-based game streaming service as well.

Fans of Phoenix Wright and the Ace Attorney series of games have some good news today. Capcom announced that there would be an Ace Attorney 5 game and while this is great news for fans of the series, the announcement came with even better news that the first three games in the series will be coming to Android.

For those of you who have the agility and reflexes of a ninja when it comes to top-down flying shooters, you will be pleased to know that there will be a new bullet hell shoot-em-up game coming to Android soon called Shogun and will be available for everyone.

Back on Thursday of last week, Valve released their official mobile app for Steam onto the Android Market. Since then just about every 3rd party Steam application that was on the Android Market previous to the official Steam application's release has been taken off of the market.

A three-man development team is currently working on a new game that will be heading to Android and iOS soon called The Other Brothers. If you dig pixel-art on any sort of level, this upcoming game will give you plenty of eye candy to enjoy then.
