Got a question for Gameloft? We've got Answers.

We've got fantastic news for fans of Gameloft. Resident Editor-in-Chief Andrew Huff met a number of the fine folks from Gameloft during CES 2012 and they've agreed to finally sit down with us and answers some of the most pressing questions.

Editorial: Gameloft, Android and the devices you own

Imagine this: Gameloft releases a brand new trailer for Modern Combat, Modern Combat 6: World War Space, and suddenly you find yourself brimming with sweat and your mouth strangely dry.The graphics induce uncontrollable eye twitching and that new gameplay mode renders your jaws grounded and mopping the floor (while knowing touchscreen control is terrible, but you’ll play it anyway).

PSA: We have decided to go dark on January 18th in opposition of SOPA and PIPA

A lot of people have been wondering our stance on the whole SOPA and PIPA issue going on these days and being a part of the game industry as well as in a community such as Android where openness is valued part of everything. With that said we clearly opposed SOPA and PIPA and always have been.

With all the good news and great games that have come our way this year we have also had our fair share of stories that didn't pan out for whatever reason, whether it was a rumor that turned out to be a flop or a game developer changing their minds five times about a game that was going to come to Android. It is time to take a look back over the past year and enjoy the humorous side that is mobile gaming.

Top Five Graphically Awesome Games of 2011 for Android

2011 was a big year for Android. NVDIA’s Dual Core processor, Tegra 2 was introduced, Honeycomb Tablets flooded the market and Ice Cream Sandwich brought phone and tablets together under one roof. However this wasn’t the only thing that made this year memorable.

Editorial: High Definition gaming - is it where it should be yet?

This is my first aritcle that's not a game review, so bare with me while I find my feet. Recently I've been thinking about where gaming on android is headed.
