Notice slow performance or the loss of that little H in the signal meter on your phone? T-Mobile customers in New York metro areas are reporting loss of high speed data coverage with 3G/4G signals on their phones possibly due to overselling the network during the holiday, creating bandwidth issues.
Engineers at T-Mobile are apparently ‘trending’ the problem through customer support, so if you’re feeling particularly altruistic today and happen to be having these issues let T-Mobile know by dialing 611. T-Mobile PR has yet to release a statement about the issue. We’ll let you know more when they do.
