Dungeon Defenders: First Wave update coming, what will it bring to the game?

Dungeon Defenders: First Wave has a new update coming and will be version 3.0. While Trendy Entertainment is keeping some of the update quiet along with the official changelog due to waiting on Apple's submission process to go through, we do know a few things that will be in the update as well as a few rumors.

Features coming in the update that are known include a new map, new familiars (we saw those introduced in the previous update), gamespy fixes, map fixes and a few other things along those lines.

However there is a possibility of a new tier of items coming in this update as well. "Godly items won't be so godly anymore" apparently. Also rumor has it there are two new classes in the works: Jester and Summoner. This is rumor though and chances are if it is true, there is a good possibility that it won't even be in this update although who is to really know since Trendy Entertainment is being pretty hush hush until approval goes through on the App Store about the official changelog.

Also don't be surprised if there is holiday related stuff in the update as well with Valentine's Day right around the corner! The update for the Android version will be released at the same time the iOS version is approved so hopefully all goes well with the submission! When it's official we will post the full changelog.
