Gameloft to have 10 games optimized for the Xperia Play at launch time. Here's a video.

So it isn't overly new news when it comes to Gameloft and the fact they will be having 10 of their games ready and optimized for the Xperia Play when it launches. However, the good folks at Gameloft did decide to make a nice little video showcasing all ten games. While none of the games are new, they look easier to play.

Here is a list of the 10 games they plan to have ready at launch time:

• UNO™
• Let's Golf! 2
• Spider-Man: Total Mayhem
• Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus
• Real Football 2011
• Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front
• Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction
• Star Battalion
• Asphalt 6: Adrenaline

While this is a pretty good selection of Gameloft games that will be available using the Xperia Play controls, don't forget that Backstab will be available shortly after the Xperia Play launches with Backstab slated for a Q2 2011 release. Backstab will be exclusively for the Xperia Play for a month before being made available to other Android devices.
