Recently Angry Birds (the original one) just got an update with a whole new episode called Mine and Dine. Well not to be outdone by that alone, Rovio has just announced that the next update for Angry Birds Rio will be called Carnival and will contain plenty of levels for you to enjoy.

The new episode will come with 15 more levels for you to enjoy that are all carnival themed. Expect to see marmosets, balloons, colourful decorations to be among the items in this episode to give a bit more of a party theme to the game. However, the new episode isn't the only thing included in the update. Should you be itching to play with a different type of pissed off bird, then your dreams have been answered. A new bird is introduced into the game through this update as well!

Of course you will have all your standard hidden stuff to find as well and other achievements to gains. Currently this updated has been released onto iOS and will be coming to Android shortly. Enjoy the trailer below!

Update June 10th, 2011 11:15am: Just an update to let everyone know that the Angry Birds Carnival update is now live on the Amazon App Store.
