The Neverhood was a PC game released by Dreamworks back in 1996 that featured claymation style graphics and some pretty entertaining gameplay. Well it seems as though the developers, Bazinga Studios is looking to port it over for mobile devices including Android.
In The Neverhood, you control your character called Klaymen and you have to navigate multiple rooms and solve puzzles, sort of like Silent Hill but a lot less dark and creepy. If you have played any of the Earthworm Jim series of games, then you will already be familiar with the creator of The Neverhood as he was responsible for the Earthworm Jim series as well.
Currently, there isn't a whole lot of information on the possible mobile version of The Neverhood just yet as the developers try to negotiate their licensing over the IP (intellectual property) in the hopes that they are allowed to port it to mobile. Should they succeed, it will land on iOS and Android devices in the near future.
Until more information becomes available though, here is the old PC demo video for The Neverhood. Enjoy!
