Gameloft's upcoming Max Payne-ish type game, called 9mm, has had a few trailers and video previews put out for us to enjoy. Everyone seems to enjoy watching these and, for the most part, are pretty excited to play the game. Well we also now have more information about the game itself as well.

Aside from the fact it will be one of the more uncensored games for Android considering the mature theme and all, and putting aside the fact that you will have a nice variety of weapons to use, 9mm will also feature multiplayer gameplay where up to 12 people can fight using local or online multiplayer modes!

Features:

  • Up to 12 players multiplayer in both online or local mode with free for all and team deathmatch, 4 unique maps
  • Dive headlong into stylish gunfights where you’ll jump, shoot and fire clip after clip in stunning slow motion stunts to take out rooms full of criminals
  • Become engrossed in the dark story of gang wars, crooked cops and betrayal that will take you through 12 levels and lead you from the dankest slums all the way to Mexico.
  • Arm yourself 16 different weapons & numerous power-ups that can be bought in the shop
  • A hip-hop/rap soundtrack that emphasizes the tone of the game, including artists such as: Apathy, Beanie Sigel & Freeway & Jake One

Until now we just knew it looked like a cool and entertaining game to play. Now with this addition information, especially with the multiplayer death match and team death match game modes announced, 9mm is looking even more promising now. It also appears that it is going to have a great soundtrack to accompany all the shooting you will be doing. No word yet on just when 9mm will hit the Android platform but it really can't come soon enough. Enjoy the new trailer below. It's not as NSFW as we are used to but it does show off the multiplayer gameplay.
