Halfbrick have started releasing a mini-series of developer diary videos featuring their upcoming action game called Machine Gun Jetpack. Machine Gun Jetpack is gearing up for release soon on iOS and shortly after that Android as well and Halfbrick are releasing 5 videos about the game and making it.

The first episode, called Simple Awesomeness, has the lead designer Luke Muscat talking about the beauty of one-touch gameplay. Also in this video you will get to see some more gameplay footage including some of the power-ups and obstacles you will be facing once you get your hands on Machine Gun Jetpack. So sit back and enjoy the first episode in this mini developer diary series. Check below the video for the official description of the game.

Developer Website: Halfbrick

Machine Gun Jetpack marks the return of Halfbrick's most mischievous and loveable hero Barry Steakfries, who steals a highly explosive, unstable and experimental machine gun-propelled jetpack that he - naturally - straps to his back without hesitation. Barry bolts for freedom but faces an endless hall booby-trapped with electrical fields, laser blasts and homing rockets that players must navigate around with the simple one-touch controls.
