Madfinger Games is planning on making their upcoming badass third-person shooter for Android called Shadowgun just a little bit more badass in the near future as they are currently developing multiplayer for the game. You'll find all the multiplayer game modes that you would find in a similar console game.
Madfinger Games will be releasing the multiplayer functionality in the near future in several steps starting with the more traditional gameplay modes such as Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch. After that they will start to introduct more unique and elaborate multiplayer game modes for everyone to enjoy. Multiplayer will also be cross-platform compatible with the iOS version of Shadowgun so you can shoot your friends in the face who happen to own an iOS device as well.
Currently there is not specific release date for when this update will land on either version of Shadowgun but from the sounds of things this new features looks like it's not too far away. Madfinger Games is just ironing out a few bugs. When we know more we will be sure to post an update.
Thanks Anthony for the heads up!
