You may or may not remember back during E3 2011 we reported on a new game under development from SilverTree called Sleepy Jack. SilverTree is the same studio that brought us the rather entertaining game called Cordy. Well Sleep Jack is finally close to release, real close.

Sleepy Jack is a shooter type game where you will play as Sleepy Jack, a young boy is who is asleep and to stay asleep he has to collect Z's while flying. Even though you are flying around in your own dream, collecting Z's, you will have to shoot monsters as well that come at you that have infiltrated your dreams. The gameplay looks a lot like a tunnel racing game but is blending with the arcade style of shooting games.

Sleepy Jack is a great looking game and the visuals look just a polished as they did in Cordy although the 3D style is slightly different than Cordy. No word on pricing yet in regards to Sleepy Jack but we do know that it is slated to drop onto the Android Market this weekend. This game will come with support for the Xperia Play controls as well. When it lands, if you like unique flying shooter games, then you'll want to check this title out. You can even do a barrel roll with Sleepy Jack.
