Burn the Rope has been quite successful not only on Android by iOS as well. The developers of Burn the Rope, called Big Blue Bubble, will be releasing the sequel to their hit puzzle game called Burn the Rope: Worlds onto Android next week. Ready for more rope burning fun?

Burn the Rope is a great puzzle game where your goal is to burn as much of the rope in each stage as you can. As simple as that sounds, it can actually be pretty challenging as the fire that happens to be burning the rope can only burn upwards. You control the flame by tilting your Android device to direct the flame's path of destruction on the rope in each stage. To make things even more challenging, you can only burn the rope that the flame's color matches. On top of that, there are also insects that, when burned, have effects on your flame, both good and bad.

The upcoming sequel, Burn the Rope: Worlds, expands on this by bringing you four themed worlds: Jungle, Mechanical, Fantasy and Space. Each themed world will contain stages that have the rope designed around that particular theme such as a Gorilla's head in the Jungle world. There will be a total of 100 brand new levels spread across those four themed worlds for you to burn your way through.

There is also a new mini-game included in Burn the Rope: Worlds called Burn the Rope: Worlds Endless. This mini-game is similar to the classic game of Snake where you will direct your flame to collect as many bugs as you possibly can. The catch is, as you collect bugs, your flame's trail grows longer which, just like in Snake, you can't run into or it's game over. The Endless mini-game has three levels of difficulty to choose from and you can also choose what type of flame to play as depending on your play style and skill as each one is different.

Big Blue Bubble have also said that there will be additional levels added to Burn the Rope: Worlds on a daily basis which means there will be endless amounts of levels for you to complete! Burn the Rope: Worlds will land on the Android Market sometime next week. No word yet on pricing but chances are it will be free like the original version. You can check out Burn the Rope: Worlds' official trailer below.
