Gameloft released the Adventures of TinTin game onto the iOS platform yesterday and today it is now available on the Android Market as well. This is a pretty solid title and is a more stealth-based puzzle game although there is plenty of action available in it as well.

The Adventures of TinTin game for Android is a movie tie-in where you'll be playing as TinTin, and his dog at times, who are on a mission to solve the Secret of the Unicorn. At times you will be playing as the dog in order to reach more tight fitting places or to sneak up on guards to grab things like keys. You'll also be controlling some of TinTin's other friends as well during this adventure.

Features:

  • Use stealth to sneak your way past guards, engage in a swordfight, pilot a plane, solve puzzles, race a camel and discover many more exciting experiences.
  • You’ll take control of his dog Snowy, Captain Haddock and even the legendary Sir Francis Haddock during the great Age of Pirates.
  • With just a swipe of your finger (or a tilt of your device), you can explore the world, collect clues and items, and battle villains.
  • Every building and character was carefully recreated in stunning 3D graphics and animation that perfectly matches the style of the film.

While the features description may seem a bit fluffy, the graphics in the Adventures of TinTin are actually really impressive and really do follow the design and style of those found in the movie. You can grab this title off the Android Market right now for $6.99 or off the Gameloft store for $4.99, depending on what you prefer.

On a side note, this does help bring some belief to yesterday's speculation of Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation landing on Android on Oct. 27th at the same time as iOS gets it, if not a day after. This is one of the rare times a title has come from Gameloft for both platforms at nearly the same time.
