Reckless Racing 2 and Lara Croft coming to the Xperia Play soon

We already knew about Lara Croft making her way onto Android back in September but the good news is we now have screenshots from the actual Android version. This won't be the only game though coming to the Xperia Play next as a temporary exclusive. Reckless Racing 2 from Polarbit will be as well.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is an action game in a top-down isometric perspective, similar to Diablo 2's viewpoint, where you will play as Lara Croft. She will be teaming up with an ancient warrior in this game in order to stop all hell from breaking loose in an old temple. The graphics look pretty slick and this should be a great game to play on all Android devices, not just the Xperia Play. This is the first in a line of titles that Square Enix announced they would be bringing to Android.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is slated for release onto the Xperia Play sometime in November and will remain an Xperia Play exclusive game for a short period of time, most likely the standard month, before coming to other Android devices. Square Enix does play to make a big push onto Android so don't be surprised at more games from them coming as Xperia Play temporary exclusives.

The second game on the list is Reckless Racing 2, the sequel to the very popular racing game from Polarbit. This second addition to the series will feature more tracks that will be much more dangerous, a single-player campaign to play and some new gameplay mode that Polarbit has yet to reveal and is keeping a secret. It will feature the same crazy micro-machines type of cars that you get to drive like a manic in.

Reckless Racing 2 is slated for launching on the Xperia Play as a temporary exclusive in December and will most likely follow the standard routine of being exclusive to the Xperia Play for a month before jumping onto other Android devices.
