A few days ago Glu Mobile released an Infinity Blade style of game called Blood & Glory which was basically a Roman Gladiator type of arena game made with Unreal Engine. While the game itself is pretty fun to play, albeit freemium, there was one thing missing from the game, actual blood.

Well good news for everyone who enjoys this game regardless of the freemium onslaught Glu Mobile has been doing lately, even if this is one of their best games to date, and that is Glu has released an unrated version of the game. You know, with actual blood in it. Considering the title of the game is Blood & Glory a lot of people were expecting a true gladiator type of game complete with blood when you slash someone with a rather sharp sword or spiked mace.

Much to everyone's surprise, there wasn't any blood at all. They may have well just called the game Glory or Gladiator Glory. Hell anything else would have been a better name than sticking the word blood in it when there isn't any. Well thanks to the unrated version, all of use twisted people who like to see people actually bleed in-game when they get sliced with a sword can have that pleasure now. Of course the rest of the game remains unchanged including the freemium part but hey, at least there is blood now right?

Hell they even made a new trailer to prove there is blood in it now which you can check out above.
