Gameloft about a month or so ago announced that Brothers In Arms 2, one of their war themed FPS titles, would be landing on the Android Market for free. Well today is the day and it is indeed on the Android Market for free to download.
Brothers In Arms 2 is your standard FPS (Frist-person shooter) type of game, set in a more jungle scenery but contains your standard war game plot line (WWII in this one). There is both a story mode for single player fun and of course multiplayer as well. As you progress through the game you will earn XP and dog tags which will help unlock a slew of other features and weapons for you to use.
Bothers In Arms Features:
While the game is free to play, there is the option to buy medals through in-game purchases which you can use to unlock the extra features and more gear at a much faster rate. That is completely optional though and from what we have seen there is also no stamina system. So if you are up for a little online FPS action while you wait for Modern Combat 3 to come out, you can always try this one out in the meantime.
