Zen Pinball THD gets a new table themed around the mighty Thor

Zen Studios has a partnership with Marvel Comics and we already have two tables themed after superheros in the Marvel Universe, those being Wolverine and the Fantastic Four tables. Well we now have a new tablet available, themed around the mighty Thor, and it looks pretty damn awesome.

To really explain the storyline behind this particular table, we have decided to post the official description we received regarding it. It goes something like this:

"Venturing throughout the Nine Realms, Thor must defend Asgard against his mischievous half-brother Loki and the ferocious power of the Destroyer armor, as well as the evils of the fire demon Surtur, and Ymir, ruler of the Frost Giants. Thor unleashes strikes of brilliant lightning and hurls his powerful hammer Mjolnir on this visually striking table that boasts more animations than any other to date in the critically acclaimed Marvel Pinball series."

Not only does this table look great, stuffed with plenty of animations to enjoy, there are also plenty of ramps, pitfalls, bumpers and other goodies to find along the way. If you haven't yet picked up Zen Pinball THD and you own a Tegra device, you probably should as it is a free download and comes with one free table to play. The rest of these tables come as in-app purchases.

The Thor table is now available for purchase but if you don't see it just yet in-game, give it a few minutes as it was just released so it could still be propagating through the Android Market system.
