Age of Defenders gets a big update and goes on sale

Age of Defenders is an interesting game we've been following for some time now. For those of you unfamiliar with the game, it is a tower defense title where you not only have to play defense but offense as well. It also comes with online multiplayer so you have plenty of people to battle it out with.

Well the game got update the other day and with the update comes some new content, a new multiplayer map and new player profiles which log your stats. You will also be able to check out other peoples profile as well to see how much of a challenge your opponent is going to put up.

Full Update Changelog:

Gameplay:
- decreased basic income from 20 to 18
- increased income from parez from 6 to 7
- decreased build rate of suicide buggy by 20%
- decreased build rate of other units by 10%

Content:
- new Multiplayer map
- new player profile, number of played matches with statistics
- ability to look at other player's profiles

Features:
- displayed the number of players in lobby when hosting a game
- chat moved, so you can chat when hosting a game
- in-game GUI made more intuitive - swipe your units directly to portals

Fixes:
- fixed the text next to upgrade in upgrade center

Known Issues:
- sometimes, no skill point will be awarded
- fixed issues with destroying towers which are being sold
- fixed parez being built again during leveling when being sold
- fixed an error after your connection drops

The developers have also put the game on sale for $0.99 during the holiday season to celebrate Christmas and the upcoming New Year. One thing to note is that this game is totally online multiplayer and not a single player game. Just something to keep in mind when you go to get the game and think there was supposed to be any sort of single player/offline type of gameplay.
