We mentioned back in the beginning of this month that EA was planning to release a new Sims games onto Android called The Sims Freeplay which would be arriving this month. Well the time has arrived for you to cater to your Sim's every need.

EA has launched The Sims Freeplay onto the Android Market and now you will be catering to the every whim of up to 16 Sims in the game. This game comes with pretty much all the aspects you would find in a PC Sims game including designing and building a house for your Sim, grow gardens, have pets and more.

The Sims Freeplay Features:

- Design dream homes or get fully-furnished houses for your Sims
- Care for pets, grow gardens, even bake a cake
- Give your Sims careers and earn Simoleons to improve their situations
- Complete goals for Lifestyle Points, then spend them on hip items
- Live with your Sims in real-time (when it’s day or night for you, it’s the same for your Sims)!
- Will your Sims be friends – or enemies? Form relationships with a slap, a high-five (or some Woohoo)! Make your town bustle with pet stores, car dealerships and supermarkets. Expand your city as you get more Sims.

The Sims Freeplay is also a connected game and by that we mean you have to be connected to the internet to play the game. You can completely customize your Sims as well to how you want them to look and the more Sims you get, the bigger your city grows.

Sims fans out there are already probably downloading this as we speak but if you haven't done so just yet, you can grab The Sims Freeplay off of the Android Market for free. It does come with in-game purchases but EA has said they are completely optional and everything can eventually be unlocked without having to buy anything if you put the time into the game. Just a heads up as well, you will need to download an additional 640MB of data so free some space up if you need to.

Thanks to Varmint for the tip!
