About a month ago Glu Mobile, in conjunction with Activision, released Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies onto Android but it was strictly for Sony devices like the Xperia Play or S Tablet. It was stated then that the Sony exclusivity would last roughly a month before COD: Black Ops Zombies would be made available for the rest of the Android world.
Well pretty much almost exactly a month later, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies has dropped the Sony exclusivity and is now available for a much bigger range of Android devices, Sony or otherwise. For those of you who missed the initial game announcement, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies is just as the name suggests. It is an FPS game swarming with the undead for you to shoot in the face or, subsequently, get eaten instead.
Arriving with this game are the two maps: Kino Der Toten, Ascension and Call of the Dead: Director’s Cut. Also coming with COD:Black Ops Zombies is the Dead-Ops Arcade, a 50-level zombie gauntlet that you can attempt to get through without dieing. There is a lot more to the game though such as COD points you can buy, perks, a variety of weapons and revives, all of which you can earn or buy with COD perks should you be lazy.
So if you've been waiting for this game since it was released but couldn't play it because you don't own a Sony device, now you can head on over to the Google Play store and pick it up. It is still sporting it's original $6.99 price tag.
