Fatshark releases Hamilton's Great Adventure THD onto Google Play finally

One game we have talked on and off about for quite some time now is a game called Hamilton's Great Adventure THD by Fatshark. We've talked about this game, demoed it a few times at different conventions and have waited for some time for it to finally arrive on Google Play. Well it looks as though it has finally made it to Android along with a whole expansion pack as well.

Hamilton's Great Adventure was originally released onto the Playstation Network and for the PC before now making its way to Android Tegra 3 based devices. It's a rather unique puzzle game with a sort of Indiana Jone theme to it where you need to solve each stage while trying to collect as much treasure as possible. You will be playing as Hamilton but you will also be able to switch to his trusty parrot sidekick Sasha and you will have to utilize both characters in order to get through each stage and collect as much treasure as possible.

Hamilton's Great Adventure Features:

• 22 levels divided in between two unique worlds (Jungle of Amazonas and Mountains of Himalaya).
• Two boss levels .
• Two playable characters, the adventurer Hamilton and his bird Sasha. Use Hamilton to progress in the levels and collect gold and keys while Sasha distract enemies, fly to secret levers to open doors and collect dust to power Hamilton’s abilities.
• You will encounter everything from hungry Piranhas, flying Exocets, slow but unstoppable Golems and cunning Agents.
• Get help from Hamilton’s gadgets –the Spyglass and Booster boots
• Achieve Bronze, Silver or Gold on every level.
• Enjoy all story content from PC game’s first two chapters (the following two chapters are available in Hamilton’s Great Adventure: THD Expansion.

This is one of those games that can get frustrating, in a good way of course, because some of the levels are quite challenging. The visuals are pretty solid as well with plenty of effects and eye candy to enjoy while you rip your hair out trying to figure out a level you're stuck on. The expansion pack doubles the size of the game with 22 more levels and two more boss levels as well across additional worlds.
