PopCap must be feeling a bit of pressure regarding the mobile gaming scene, specifically regarding Android. While other flash gaming sites have jumped on board with Android with full support, PopCap seems to have fallen behind after their initial announcement of supporting flash gaming on Android. Today they announced some good news though.
Plants vs Zombies and Peggle are the first two games being slated for release on Android by PopCap. For whatever particular reason, PopCap Games decided to release a game for Window Mobile 7 before Android which seems to have angered a lot of Android gamers who have been waiting a long time for at least Plants vs Zombies to be available.
As for an exact date, we will just have to settle for early 2011. Has this massive delay made you turn a bit sour regarding PopCap Games coming to Android or do you not care, you're just happy to hear they are coming?
