Had enough RPG news yet? No? Well good because we have more to share! Our resident Gamevil hound, Chris Summerland, managed to get Gamevil to mention their new upcoming RPG game for mobile (iOS), Illusia, and that it will also be coming to Android in the future. Illusia is a mesh of platform/side-scrolling action gaming and RPG.
As with any RPG game from Gamevil, Illusia has a huge amount of features, customization, abilities and deep gameplay. Throwing in a twist to typical RPG style games, you'll have to battle it out in a side-scrolling platformer style of game when in combat.
There are also 14 'affiliated' classes of Fighters and Magicians. Basically that just means there are 14 different variants to the two classes, however, all have different and unique abilities! Fighter class contains: Fighter, Warrior, Knight, Swordsman, Paladin, Sword Master and Thunder Rod (wha?). The Magician class contains: Magician, Mage, Sorceress, Battle Mage, Witch Archmage and Night Witch. All of these have passive, active skills as well as buffs. Since screenshots seem hard to come by regarding Illusia, enjoy this giant 'sneak peek' image from Gamevil instead.
No official release date or price has been set for Illusia on Android but for everyone who likes Gamevil's RPG games, this looks to be a promising addition to your collection when it does come out. No word on any sort of multiplayer capabilities as of yet.
