GDC 2011 in 5 days time. We will be there running around like mad!

So GDC 2011 is almost upon us with a measly 5 days before it starts. There is going to be a ton of gaming news going on and that includes Android gaming news! We will be heading out to San Francisco the evening of Feb. 28th, 2011 and we will be there for the entire conference! We have lots lined up already.

We've got meetings plan with lots of developers and we will be getting lots of hands-on time with some upcoming games that have already been reported on and others that will be making their debut at GDC.

So what are some of the things we will be covering? Well as much of it as we can! You can expect lots of video as well including hands-on with some up-and-coming games like Spacetime Studio's new game Blackstar. We will be meeting up with lots of companies such as 2K Games, Bigpoint, GameSpy, Halfbrick, Trinigy, Spil games, The crew behind TibiaME, Capcom, and EPIC just to name a few along with everyone else who will be on the floor at the Moscone Center. We will also be hitting the OpenFeint mixer, the PowerVR mixer and the Qualcomm Snapdragon mixer just to mention a couple.

We are even getting some hands-on time with games such as Darkness II which, even though isn't Android related, looks awesome. There is also all the swag and goodies we will be getting from GDC which we plan to give away along with the stuff we got from CES once GDC 2011 is over March 4th, 2011. Why are we waiting till March to give out the CES stuff? Well that is because March is our 1 year birthday and we have a TON of stuff planned for everyone! More on that later though.

So with all that said, if there is anything you guys want us to cover, we certainly will give it a shot and yes we will be fondling non-Android portable gaming devices like the NGP and the Nintendo 3DS just because we can. Stay tuned!
