Another carrier has been added to this list of companies to offer the Xperia Play. AT&T has announced that it will be offering the Xperia Play in a 'stealth blue' color which will come complete with 4G access. However, this particular Xperia Play will be offered in an package deal.

While you will be getting an Xperia Play with a special new color exclusive to AT&T and the 4G access, you will also get the Multimedia Dock DK300 and MC100 music cable. The device will also come with seven games pre-installed, some of which will be exclusive as well.

Included games:

  • Dungeon Defenders™ Second Wave by Trendy Entertainment
  • Asphalt™ 6 Adrenaline by Gameloft
  • Star Battalion by Gameloft
  • Madden NFL™ 11 by Electronic Arts
  • The Sims™ 3 by Electronic Arts
  • Tower Bloxx™: My City by Digital Chocolate
  • Crash Bandicoot® by SCEA/Naughty Dog/Universal

Other than that, the Xperia Play is the same device hardware-wise as the ones available from other carriers. If you are on AT&T and looking to pick up an Android phone or upgrade, you can grab this package deal for $49.99 with a new 2-year contract which is a pretty solid deal. You will be able to pick this up from AT&T starting Sept. 18th.
