The fine folks over at XDA have a little treat today for those of you who own an Xperia X10 but want to be able to have the Xperia Play's Playstation's certification and suite on your phone so you can play those Playstation games. It is now possible to port it over to your X10.
It is actually a fairly straightforward method to port the certifications and suite over to the Xperia X10. One thing that you do need is root on your X10 and a File Manager application to be able to do any of this. This is all thanks to the hard work of XDA Senior Member DiKeJ who obviously worked pretty hard on this. This will give you the same look and feel of the Playstation Suite on the Xperia Play plus you will be able to play the games that are available on there.
The steps are easy and anyone who has a rooted Xperia X10 should be able to do this in a matter of minutes. Take the .jar files, place them in the appropriate folders, reboot and install the .apk file and you are good to go. For all the instruction in detail, files that you will need and just general information about this, head on over to the official XDA thread linked below.
