Greed Corp HD from Invictus Games now invading Android tablets.

Invictus Games has released their mobile version of their PC/Console game Greed Corp. Invictus Games is also responsible for the upcoming Race of Champions game for Android which looks pretty slick itself. Greed Corp HD is a turn-based strategy game that also takes into account the effects of resource gathering on your lands environment.

This new twist to the standard turn-based strategy mechanic found in most games similar to this like RISK brings a whole new element of strategy into the mix. You can actually destroy the land out from under your enemies although they can do the same to you as well. On top of that, you could end up destroying your own land in the process. You will have to balance your resource gather and keeping you land healthy while dealing with troops, battling it out for enemy territory and more.

This includes all the multiplayer functionality which is cross-platform compatible. You will be able to compete against players on iOS and Mac as well as on Android. This is one of those games that you could end up being your own worst enemy if you mishandle your own land and your enemies will take advantage of it. Greed Corp HD is only available for Android tablets, at least for right now. No word though on whether or not this will get brought over to Android phones or not.
