nVidia releases the Glowball demo for all to play with on their Tegra 3 devices

It was only a few days ago when Glowball, one of the two main products that have been demoed on prototype Tegra 3 quad-core tablets over the last 6 months, appeared on Tegra Zone. Well it is now available for owners of Tegra 3 devices to download and play.

Currently only a demo, it does come with one complete level to play. Even though as it sits right now, in demo form, there is a very high probability this will end up as a full game. Unfortunately that may be a bit down the road but if you have a shiny new Asus Transformer Prime in your clutches, you can now grab the Glowball demo and play the Carnival level. The Sea Floor level is slated for an update very shortly so you'll end up having two stages to play in no time.

Official Gameplay Description:

"This version currently includes the Carnival Level and will be updated soon to include an additional Sea Floor Level. In each case, tilt the tablet to maneuver the ball around the different environment. Be careful where you go and what you hit as some things will undoubtedly hit back.

For the Carnival level you’ll need to trigger the jack-in-the-boxes in proper sequence, without any missteps, and the maniacal clown will give you an escape route. For the Sea Floor level, simply collect four keys, available from the treasure chests located around the maze, and you’ll be able to leave through the sunken pirate ship. Use the minimap to help find your way around the maze."

So if you want to show off your new Asus Transformer Prime while waiting for Bridea MMOFPS title, DaVinci THD, to arrive, you can download the Glowball game off the Android Market or Tegra Zone for free. Just remember, this is for Tegra 3 devices, not Tegra 2 which some people thought it was judging by the market comments.

Thanks to ShadowOfanAndroid for the heads up!
