Every time we write about this game it seems as though it is only positive news about the game getting better and better. This particular instance is now exception to that rule either. When the game was originally announced on Kickstarter, the developers had mentioned that the music would be close to the original game's style.
Well it seems they really did mean that the music would be close to the original because both of the composers for the SNES and Genesis versions of the game have come on board and are collaborating together for the soundtrack for Shadowrun Returns.
Both Marshall Parker and Sam Powell have joined the project and will be working together for the soundtrack for Shadowrun Returns. While it will be a new soundtrack, it will be right out of the SNES / Genesis days which, for any of you who are picky about keeping it close to the original, will make you happy.
Still no word just yet on when we can expect to see Shadowrun Returns land on Android tablets but it will be some time since it is currently still in the early stages of development.
