Well great news for everyone who has wanted Need for Speed: Shift by EA Mobile but has not had it available to them. You can now go to the Android Market and buy the game! After a very long time, at least it seems that way, of being exclusive only to certain phones such as the Droid 2, EA Mobile has finally put NFS: Shift onto the market.

It is going to be a great Christmas for Android gamers at this rate. Dungeon Defenders" First Wave landing Dec.23rd and now Gamevil has also announced that Zenonia 2 and Baseball Superstars 2011 while be released onto Android Dec. 24th! Fans of Baseball Superstars and Zenonia are going to be very happy.

It seems as though our reports of more Gameloft HD games making their way to Android was right on spot. Gameloft just put up Spider-man: Total Mayhem on the Android section of the Gameloft store. This is a nice looking 3D action game where you play as the web sling himself against some of his biggest enemies.

The wait is almost over! The first game developed using the Unreal Engine 3 is coming to Android December 23rd, 2010. Trendy Entertainment has officially announced the release date along with a device compatibility list. Dungeon Defenders: First Wave is a slick looking 3D action-RPG/Tower Defense game.

OpenFeint is planning to release an interesting new feature to their line-up of awesomeness. This feature will be a Groupon-like feature that will offer discounts and sales on games, a neat voting type of feature and even a Free game-of-the-day for everyone. While it generally said for mobile games, we got in contact with AuroraFeint for a bit of clarification.

Now we could read into this a whole lot and plug this entire thing in regards to the Sony Playstation Android phone which is one the way soon. We won't though, at least not much. However, it is interesting that Sony would now plan to release an official Playstation application for Android, and iOS as well.

Trendy Entertainment sort of let the cat out of the bag in regards to the release date of Dungeon Defenders: First Wave. While nothing is a specific date, over in the forums on the Dungeon Defenders site, they did mention a release time of around a week or so before it lands on the Android Market.

That is the question we are asking ourselves after the announcement just made that Modern Combat: Sandstorm HD is now available on GetJar, for free! This seems to be part of GetJars new program offering premium content for free.
