Keeping on with this weeks trend of talking about Gameloft, at CES 2011 I was talking to the fine folks over at the Verizon booth and the topic of Gameloft came up. A fellow gamer over at the Verizon booth was talking to us and we happen to mention the issue many people have with Gameloft not putting their games up on the market.

The other day we reported on a few games by Gameloft heading our way that happen to be leaking out on their store. By leaking we mean the purchase pages were up but you couldn't actually purchase the game. Well Gameloft just announced on Twitter that Gangstar: Miami Vindication is now available for purchase.
So there is a big juicy rumor going around right now regarding the Xperia Play and that it will be carried by Orange in the UK. In case you've been living under a rock the past 6 months, the Xperia Play is an Android gaming device by Sony/Sony Ericcson which will play Playstation games and comes with a slide out controller.
It has been know for awhile now that Gameloft games have looked a hell of a lot like other games currently out for other platforms (PC/Console). Lately though the games industry has been coming down on Gameloft over their iPhone and Android games looking almost too similar to other games currently out.
At CES 2011 there were a ton of new Android goodies to play around with. One of the more impressive phones was the Motorola Bionic which is a part of a few new awesome Motorola devices slated for release soon. While we were going to do a traditional type of hands-on, our device happen to have Dungeon Defenders installed on it.
So it seems Samsung may very well be releasing Android first 'mini' phone. The Samsung S5830, as it is dubbed, features an interesting silver/gray siding to it while the back is a nice glossy black, similar to the Nexus S. Judging from the photos it only has one rear facing camera and overall looks like a mini Nexus S with silver accents.
Nvidia has done pretty good with their Nvidia Shield portable Android gaming system, especially with the updates as of late improving all the features that gamers have wanted to have improved including the GameStream technology and button mapping. In Hope the player’s actions are limited by the character’s confinement. There is not much to do in the damp tower you’re trapped in besides walking, sighing and crying. And sleeping at night, of course. Nothing you can do will affect the development of the story, although you may find a way to know about the Prince’s journey. You may also be able to find out about the Princess’ background, that part of the tale nobody ever cares about. And of course, there will be an ending, although it may not look as heroic from this point of view… or does it?
