Vector Unit’s highly anticipated sequel to their original and extremely good water racing game Riptide GP is getting closer to release. The company has already shown off some of the gameplay in a previous video, showcasing some of the new Jet Skis that will be in the game. Today they have released a new video, and actually plan to release more throughout the day, showing off some of the new tracks and stunts in the game.
Even though we already have a plethora of endless running games for mobile, it seems as though developers think that the market isn’t already saturated enough with endless running games. 2K Games is trying to get in on the action with the release of their new title Turd Birds, a disturbing day in the life a bird that craps a lot.
A couple of days ago we talked about Nevosoft who were gearing up to release an endless running platformer called City Cat onto Google Play today. Sure enough the game has arrived right on time and comes complete with what looks like the twisted offspring of Nyan Cat and Garfield as the main hero.
Continuing on with all the big releases today, Reliance Games has released the official Pacific Rim games onto Google Play this morning. Reliance Games happens to publish a lot of movie spin-off games and with Pacific Rim’s release this makes the total to around 5 movie spin-off games they have published so far.
Developed by 5 Ants and published under Rovio’s new third-party publishing brand called Rovio Stars, Tiny Thief is the first game to arrive onto Android through this new publishing brand. Overall this is the second game to come from Rovio Stars, with Icebreaker: A Viking Voyage already out on iOS and coming to Android soon.
It’s Thursday and there are a lot of good games coming out today. One such game happens to be one we’ve talked about on and off for the past few months called Sprinkle Islands from Mediocre Games. This is the official sequel to their rather popular water-based physics puzzle game Sprinkle and this new one features some new game mechanics that you’ll have to master.
Iesabel is a new hack n’ slash RPG from Forever Entertainment where players will set out to save the world from the forces of darkness. While the overall goal may be one of those ‘save the world’ type of goals, the storyline is actually pretty good so far and the action is plentiful. One feature that sets this game apart from other titles in this genre is the fact that the co-op multiplayer mode can have up to an additional seven people in your group.

This particular game is pretty interesting as it is labelled as an Action-RPG but takes the form of a dual-stick arcade game.
